The Lager City Vienna Lager was brewed to be poured at our sister venue Patio during our Lager City experience. This lager is all about tradition and refinement. We've selected a very traditional malt bill that consists of predominantly Weyerman Vienna, Pilsner and Munich malts, then fermented with a fresh pitch of our house lager strain. The result is a glorious amber colour with a high level of clarity and a dense foam. Toasty and bready notes on the palate combine with a lasting bitterness to provide a flavourful lager that is as rich in malt profile as it is in colour.
