New Year, New Me
Style: Oat Cream IPA
New Year, New Me is a brand new Oat Cream IPA brewed with a super juicy hop combo of Citra Cryo, Cashmere, Mosaic and Citra. We're setting our New Year's resolutions early and here they are: Make. More. Joose. We've nailed it off the hop with an ultra sticky DDH IPA that's bursting with flavour. The aroma is popping off with dense mango and loads of melon. The colour pours a deep yellow with haze for days and a fluffy white foam. Take a swig and you'll cop an explosion of bright and vibrant hop notes that are dominated by rockmelon, sticky mango, passionfruit and zesty orange. The finish is juicy and succulent, with a lasting hop intensity that might linger for longer than your resolution does.
Beachside
Style: California IPA
Beachside is a brand new California style IPA that we've whipped up to be the perfect summer holiday crusher. Loaded with Simcoe Cryo, Rakau, Citra and Superdelic, for ultra punchy and tropical vibes. The aromas on this crusher are dominated by stonefruit, with heaps of apricot and a little dank mango action. The body is lean and clean with a super light colour, allowing the hops to come through in uninterrupted waaaaves. Take a sip and dive into sticky citrus, a little touch of dank resin, before returning to a finish of sweet berry and orange crush. Ultimately crushable and super refreshing but with a big hop hit. Drink this one by the beach, by the pool or anytime you need a little California vibe!
Burrito Hour
Style: TDH Triple IPA
Burrito Hour is a new creation that we've blended together for our Re-Mixed 2024 release. The beer features a blend of two insane collabs, both with our all-time hop homies from Bracket in Sydney. We loved both Hop Burrito and After Hours so much that we thought there could be nothing better than to smash them both together at high speed and see what happened.
Well, we'll tell you what happened and it's a downright explosion of hops. This triple dry-hopped Triple IPA features all of the hops we originally used in Hop Burrito, dropped into the base recipe and hopping technique from After Hours (our highest rated beer of the year). So what that means is we have a mammoth hop lineup of Citra Incognito, Nelson Sauvin HopKief, Motueka Hopkief, Cashmere, Motueka and Simcoe Cryo. The malt base is super light, giving us all that insane milky haze that you know we love. On the nose, the passionfruit nectar is almost out of control, exploding out of the glass with an intensity that will immediately let you know how hoppy this beer is about to be. Take a sip and prepare for a tidal wave of immensely tropical hop hits, featuring dense mango, tropical fruit salad, lychee syrup and the freshest orange zest of all time. The finish is thick, saturating, and lasts forever.
Thin Ice
Style: Cold IPA
On Thin Ice is a brand new Cold IPA, brewed with NZ Cascade Amplifire, Krush, Simcoe and Centennial. This is our second time brewing a Cold IPA, but the first time with a widespread release! We've fermented this baby nice and cold with our house lager strain on a malt base that is ultra lean featuring Pilsner malt, flaked corn and rolled rice. The colour is ultra pale with a bright white foam. This baby is a citrus bomb, with flavours and aromas of grapefruit, orange blossom, pine and hints of mandarin all dancing together beautifully. The bitterness is subdued but present making this an all-time crusher. You know what they say, if you're on thin ice, you might as well dance.
River City Pils
Style: Pilsner
River City Pils is a beautiful lager that was born out of a less than beautiful event. We've brewed it once more to celebrate Lager City. This lager is dedicated to our wonderful river city of Brisbane. We love this place, even if the river did literally infiltrate our brewery for a few days in the February 2022 floods. It pours a beautiful light straw colour with a bright white head. RCP has a clean flavour profile, with a mild bitterness and light bready notes. The finish is crisp and dry but ultimately refreshing.
What Are The Odds
Style: TDH Double IPA
What Are The Odds we make a Triple Dry-Hopped Double IPA? Well, it turns out those odds are EXTREMELY high. Don't quote us but this might be the highest volume of hops we've ever put in a DIPA. And boy oh boy does it show! What Are The Odds? pours with an extreme haze in a light yellow and milky like appearance. We have BOMBARDED this beer with Sabro Incognito, Citra LUPOMAX, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, Motueka, Pacifica and Galaxy for what can only be described as a nuclear explosion of tropical intensity. Immensely thicc notes of mango, intense orange and passionfruit bomb. The finish is thicc, saturating and will leave you dreaming of hops. So, What Are The Odds you buy a 4 pack?
Poolside
Style: Hazy IPA
Poolside is one of our favourite IPA drops from 2024 that’s been engineered for ultimate poolside crushability. We’ve hit this little summer banger with a dry hop of Citra, Galaxy and Motueka, three of our absolute favourites for maximum refreshment. This beer is just as good straight out of the can by the pool, but if you did choose to pour into a glass you’d be met with a bright milky haze, coupled with soft and juicy notes of passionfruit, orange citrus and lime. On the palate we get a massive dose of passionfruit, grapefruit, pineapple and lychee. Noticeably drier than our last few hazy IPA’s, this just adds to the drinkability. Keep the esky within arms reach and spend the day poolside.
Not My First Rodeo
Style: DDH West Coast IPA
Not My First Rodeo is a double dry-hopped West Coast IPA that we have smacked with a humongous hit of Simcoe Cryo, Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. This cowboy pours a stunning light golden yellow in colour with a beautiful bright white and fluffy foam. The aromas jumping out of this one are a stunning mix of kiwi hop goodness with hints of passionfruit, white grape and mandarin. Take a sip and you'll be met with an upfront bitterness that really lets you know it's there, but then invites you in for more and says take a whack of this citrus and resin bomb that I have hiding back here. Huge notes of orange citrus upfront, with deep and saturating overripe stone fruit carrying right back through the palate. The finish is just a little bit naughty with some modern dank notes coming off the Nelson Sauvin. It's dry, snappy and punchy, with just the right amount of hop saturation.
