The Lager City Japanese Rice Lager was brewed to be poured at our sister venue Rays during our Lager City experience. We wanted to keep things light and snappy, with an ultra crushable, easy drinking lager for our friends out at Rays in the Brisbane's inner South-Eastern suburbs. Using a simple base of rolled rice malt with Australian Pilsner malt we've crafted an extremely light and lean lager, that lends itself perfectly towards the steamy hot days that a Birsbane summer is sure to provide. Every sip is utter refreshment, with a light bitterness providing the perfect backbone for pure thirst quenching enjoyment.
