Small History is a brand new DDH IPA. We have loaded this sucker up with Cashmere Cryo, Sabro and Citra hops and come out with an extremely smooth and crushable IPA. Starting with a light malt bill, we have a golden straw and hazy colour. We get punchy aromas of pineapple and orange zest which jump out of the glass. As you take a sip you’ll be greeted with passionfruit, orange and pineapple juiciness, which is rounded out with the subtle coconut hints from the Sabro additions. The body is medium-full with a smooth mouthfeel which will coat your palate gloriously. The back end provides a hint of bitterness which fades quickly to leave nothing but juiciness.
