We've created a flavour experiment with two East Coast style IPAs. Identical hops, identical malts and identical brewing processes. We've selected two yeast strains ideal for this style of beer to highlight the difference yeast can make in modern brewing. Explore and enjoy.

The experimental IPA series aims to highlight the difference that the slightest recipe change can make. Both of these beers are brewed using identical malts, hops and brewing processes. The only difference is the yeast. This beer is fermented with an East Coast Ale yeast. Explore and enjoy.
